Jeff began his legal career at Kelley Drye & Warren in New York as an associate specializing in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.  After moving back to his hometown of Darien, Jeff became associated with Cummings & Lockwood in Stamford, CT where his practice evolved to focus on closely-held businesses and family wealth preservation.  Jeff then served as President of his family’s real estate brokerage in Darien, CT until he negotiated a successful sale of that business to Berkshire Hathaway.  Returning to the practice of law, Jeff is delighted to serve the needs of individuals and small businesses as an associate with Nedder & Associates.

Jeff holds a BA in Political Science from St. Lawrence University and a JD from University of Illinois-Chicago where he earned a Dean’s Scholarship.  Jeff lives in Darien with his wife, Maggie, and has three grown children.
